Born and raised in the sunny coastal region of Southern California, I have always felt a deep connection to the ocean and mountains that surround me. Currently, my home is nestled in Ventura where I reside with my loving husband, two playful dogs, and two affectionate cats. In addition to pursuing my passion as a therapist, I have also delved into the world of writing, having authored a book focused on grief. We also own and operate a small business named Coastal Coworking that we are grateful for! When time allows, I embrace outdoor adventures such as surfing, hiking, and camping, finding solace in the serenity of nature.
